What's the difference between Telehealth and telemedicine?

Telehealth is the overarching concept of using technology, such as realtime audio and video for virtual meetings, to facilitate both clinical and non-clinical healthcare services like care management, education, and training. As such, telemedicine which is the use of information and communication technology to deliver clinical services remotely, is a form of telehealth.

Can I use my health insurance with quure?

The cost of services delivered via quure are not directly covered by insurance and is typically offered at a much lower price than what you would pay for an in-person visit. However, it is possible you can file a claim with your insurance company should the service fee exceed your normal copay. Additionally, the costs of the prescribed medications through quure may be covered by your insurance depending on its terms and conditions, just like any other prescription.

As a provider:
1. Create your account
2. Onboard your existing patients and/or make yourself available to other patients via the quure network
3. Accept appointment requests and join the sessions

What makes quure different from other telemedicine platforms?

We believe a telehealth solution doesn’t have to be a single use case option. Beyond facilitating virtual care, quure is designed to mimic an in-person clinical visit by allowing multiple participants (e.g.,, care navigators, family, caregiver, other providers, etc.) to be part of the virtual session. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so we give your provider access to a 3D digital human, so he/she can show you rather than tell you what's going on.
This team-based platform enables communication with your care team during and outside of a virtual visit and we put you in control of your medical information. You determine who has access to your medical records and you can a summary of your medical visits in a standard format on demand with other providers. After all, it is your medical information.

How do I get my prescriptions?

Should your provider determine that a prescription drug would be of benefit to you, he/she can submit the prescription electronically to a local pharmacy. quure does not own, operate, nor does it have any direction affiliations with pharmacies. As such, the prescriber/provider has full choice of medication, the patient has complete choice of pharmacy to receive and dispense the prescribed drug.

What equipment do I need for a virtual visit on quure?

What equipment do I need to conduct a video visit? You’ll just need one of the following: quure is fairly flexible, so you can use a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone to participate in a virtual visit. As long as your preferred device has a camera, microphone, and speaker, you're good to go. Whether you're part of the Apple ecosystem or an Android groupie quure will work for you. Plus you have the option of using a wide range of web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox or downloading the quure mobile app.
